Mam free & compulsory education 6-14 years is given in article 21A but in notes you have mentioned that free & compulsory education is in article 45....In article 45 early health care & education to children below 6 years is given....

Before '86 amendment Act 2002' Article 45 -The constitution states that "the State should endeavor to provide, within ten years from the commencement of this Constitution, for free and compulsory education for all children until they complete the age of 14." But in 86 amendment it's replaced with-Article 45 must be preserved in order to satisfy the needs of children aged 0 to 6. 'But yet to be brought into force' thereby every book and all competitive exams app using before 86amendment act definition. You can use both definitions nobody would make it wrong.
