Do the Royal National Lifeboat Institution, the Irish Coast Guard, the Irish Air Corps, and the Irish Naval Service work together in rescuing people during a major shipwreck or an airliner crash off the Irish coast?

In the event of something severe like that occuring, they would work together. For example, when Rescue 116 sadly crashed off the coast of Mayo there was many services involved in the search and rescue operation.

Well the Irish Air Corps and the Irish Coast Guard do provide the Republic of Ireland's aerial search & rescue assets right?

You would be correct in saying that. The Irish Coast Guard have 4 Sikorsky S-92s based around the country. Air Corps 112 provides MedEvac cover along with the Coast Guard. They both get involved in search and rescue if necessary.

Yes they can, their ambulances operate the same as a regular ambulance.

The Airport Police have various powers around the Airport. They can arrest for various reasons aswell I believe, COVID enforcement was a large part of their job over the past few years.

@@Little-Dewott-2010 They would request Gardaí to attend in a situation like that. Airport Police aren't armed. They would not contact the army for a situation like this.
