Hello, I am from the Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam and I am part of the team that customized Koha. However, we are experiencing a problem. When an item is overdue, Koha does not automatically calculate the fine, however, it says the item is overdue. Circulation and fine rules have already been set up and finesMode set to production. I installed version of koha 23.11, But I am facing this issue. Regards, Munwar Hussain Abro

First remove all ur fine rules. It may clash with other. And asign one by one. In sys admin in circulation and fine rules. Here remove all book and all patron category.
