Earnest, thanks for sharing your story from humble beginnings to a great success story. You reminded me of some of the hard times in life I faced. I joined the US Army just after my 18th birthday & with the attitude that I can change, I can learn and I won’t quit I have been able to live a good life thanks to my humble beginnings and my career, now that I’m in my senior years.

Absolutely awesome. Thank you for this video, Chef. I have a barbecue spot in PA, which I started in 2020 when coronavirus laid me off. You are an inspiration. Apples to oranges......They are wet aged and you loose upto 40% after the trim and cooking, also don't forget your time and wood costs. Plus most likely this is eaten on rare occasions, definitely worth that price!
