OMG are you kidding? The guy looked and sounded like a CLOWN with that goofy assed big ol FAKE sombrero. I will say that NONE of those 3 "cooks" on that show cooked brisket or ribeyes worth a crap especially the bearded goofball that smothered the steak in peppersons. HaJHa.

Earnest, thanks for sharing your story from humble beginnings to a great success story. You reminded me of some of the hard times in life I faced. I joined the US Army just after my 18th birthday & with the attitude that I can change, I can learn and I won’t quit I have been able to live a good life thanks to my humble beginnings and my career, now that I’m in my senior years.

3:20 - That's really good looking brisket but not worth $28/lb. I'd rather buy a couple TWO pound sirloins and cook them on the pit for LESS money than ONE pound of brisket. Simple math..

Apples to oranges......They are wet aged and you loose upto 40% after the trim and cooking, also don't forget your time and wood costs. Plus most likely this is eaten on rare occasions, definitely worth that price!
