Very good. So easily understandable, it's such a tragedy that actual judges, supremely experts on law and logical assumptions of nature, can even pretend to not recognize human life.

In my opinion the issue goes deeper. American system when proclaiming some truths as "self evident" already was on sinking ground. What is "self evident truth" for one person, maybe "self evidently falshude" for another person. From this point of view, there is no wonder why issue "are slaves humans" was settled not by arguments of reason, but by argument of force, namely Civil War.
