I never signed nor watched urine be sealed nor initialed by me. So what's that mean,

That is a violation in the chain of custody procedures. I’m having literally the same thing happen to me. No tamper proof tape, no signature witnessing the custody charge, numerous other things done completely wrong during mine. Clinic near me is definitely going to get a call from my state medical review board

If I am a female collector who has been properly trained can I observe a male or visa versa?

No, a collector can only conduct a direct observation on the same gender as the collector. You can have a collector of the same sex in your company to complete the direct observation.

Impressive, at the time I didn't even realize it, but suddenly it hit me… I was actually letting it flow after the movies, my best guess is that when I go'ogled Beck Reznark's guide and read it, something changed inside me.
