Quality of pork looks good where you got it sure looks local grown

I rarely eat meats any more, but this portion was looking very tender. I think the other question is this: how was it prepared and cooked? Water-based method and covered would be my best idea for keeping food moist and tender throughout and at the end.

I am honestly giving you constructive criticism the only local seasoning you've used was mount gray rum

Love the quality of the video production. Top notch! Mic quality can be improve a touch. Love your personality. I’d take the first fry pan outside, get some Brillo/dish liquid/& some marl and scrub that black off. Organic look is nice but that pan was just too black.

You need to wash that black pot and desperately in need of culinary help try local lettuce
@guruchess3 жыл бұрын
The lettuce is local. If you look on the bag it says 100% bajan. Just because it isn't the variety most people are used to seeing doesn't mean it wasn't grown locally.

Practice fish flipping skills lol
@brentshuffler12343 жыл бұрын
Haha, you wanted a different kind of show. This was a fish-cutter, not a fish-flipper. [wink] She was more thinking about safety in the kitchen, not encouraging dangerous stunts by viewers at home, and having an easy-to-do approach with good presentation at the end....
