Sometimes i feel i'm going under You don't feel nothing at all Give me hope, Give me something to believe in This jaded heart was never enough You don't know me You know you never will Can't see inside me Lost out on the thrill Killed by ambition Sacrificed for fame One more time, one last time Sparkle and shine Your rejection's intoxicating My high is incomplete Kill the pain Plug the hole, stop the music You leave me hollow Wanting more Don't look back

I live on Long Island in NY, and my cable service carried Much Music from 1995 until around 2000 or so and then dropped it and the God awful Fuse channel was created. Much Music was wonderful, it reminded me so much of the early days of MTV. And The great Canadian artists they played: Base Is Base, Philosopher Kings, Big Sugar, Ron Sexsmith, BTK Birth Through Knowledge (Peppyrock is such a great video), Sloan (The Good In Everyone - man, what a great song), Econoline Crush, etc. Much Music would play New videos from American and UK artists before MTV! And I miss the Much vjs like Rick the temp, Master T, the Asian lady who hosted The Wedge, I forgot her name. Oh, and Ed The Sock! I taped a lot of Much Music, I'm glad I did. I know Much Music is still around, I'm sure it's similar to how MTV is nowadays, ie: reality shows and game shows, just terrible. MM's sister channel is Much More Music, my cable co never carried It, I think it was similar to VH-1 when it began in the late 90s, I have no idea how it is now, probably also reality and game shows. Too bad. How I miss Much Music. And The fact that I could see it here in NY was a blessing.
@rockerchik83184 жыл бұрын
MuchMusic is dunzo, cancelled along with everything else. I think around 2013 Bell Canada a cable company/giant media company bought it took over it & runied it. All VJ's were fired. MuchOnDemand, The Wedge, all music videos were removed from the station & replaced with reality shows. The MMVA (MuchMusic Video Awards) was bought buy iheartradio & turned into a reality/teen fest. MuchMoreMusic was cancelled yrs before that along with MuchLoud (played metal videos) MuchMusic is still around but it's not the same. The station is called MUCH now.
@Adulteducation82 жыл бұрын
I'm so sorry that I'm lime 2 years late in my reply! That's very upsetting about Much Music going kaput. It was wonderful. And I remember now Sook Yin Lee hosted The Wedge. I hope the vjs are all doing well, i miss them so much. Ed The Sock was a riot! I love Triumph The Insult Comic Dog, but i feel robert smiegel ripped off Ed The Sock and should pay him royalties
