The last thing any of us want is BAD SINGING coming into our homes, uninvited, time after time after time. It makes us hate the actors, the product and anyone involved in production. That goes double for SCREAMING or being really loud in commercials. Don't entertain us, you can't. Deliver your message quickly - then shut up.

Advertising strategy and campaigns are research based. Each commercial has a creative brief based on said strategy, which includes target market. Target markets can be very specific. Again, based on research. This campaign has two famous, likable people who, I'm guessing have high Q Scores (a measurement of the "likeability" of a spokesperson.) It also has a catchy jingle, which would likely have been vetted in focus groups (where you bring in members of the target market, and have them listen to the jingle.) I'm guessing that you're not in the target market. Either that, or you're an outlier. 🤷‍♀️
