Hi my lovely! A fascinating discussion and exchange between two wonderful and very pretty speakers who know how to listen to each other, understand each other and pass the ball back and forth formidably. The subject of fear, stress, anxiety, and phobia in its most extreme form is remarkably and intelligently dealt with by 2 women who ultimately have a lot in common. I particularly appreciated the relevance and subtlety of Bree's ontological, darwinian and evolutionary approach to the deep, atavistic roots of fear and its importance in the original and fundamental ontological preservation of our being. The difficulty indeed lies in, as much as possible, not allowing oneself to be dominated and paralysed by them, but in trying to confront, tame and master them in order to continue to advance and progress. I'm fundamentally a rather anxious person myself...Thank you Anna for this beautiful discovering of the very lovely Bree, whose podcasts I look forward to listening to. As I've gotten older, I've also tended to distance myself from horror films, which I've also enjoyed on occasion, in favor of something else. Even though I still love these and preferencially true stories (which quite often go beyond fiction), related to survival, the dark, the mysterious or the strange, bringing back the adrenaline rushes, the anxieties and the deep-seated fears that inhabit us all. I personnaly try to combine this fascination with learning and improving my English by regularly watching podcasts related to these incredible stories. I'm particularly fond of, among others, the one who in my opinion is unquestionably the best and most talented storyteller on KZbin these days, and his fulgurant and ever gowing success and popularity are there to prove it, namely the excellent Mister Ballen. You may already know him, but if not and if you're a fan of the strange, dark and mysterious, I can't recommend him enough. Excellent presentation Anna and Bree! Many thanks to you both my lovelies, bisous bisous 😘😘🌹🌹❤❤☮🕊 And don't forget England, in the name of peace, liberty, justice, freedom of speech and the Truth: NO to the extradition of Julian! FREE Julian ASSANGE, NOW! Not in 2 decades, not in 2 years, not in 2 months, not in 2 weeks, not in 2 days, not tomorrow ... NOW !!! 🌎🌏❤☮🕊

Anna It was so inspiring and intresting podcast😁 Thank you for sharing with us your experiences with fear. We mothers all have them. 🤗 Vulnerable people are the best. Like Brene Brown’s therapist said” All my best friend are people, who are vulnerable” She wrote about It in one of her books. So it’s really good to be vulnerable human. A propos your voice. It’s so nice, pleasent tone to listening and good diction voice. You’re really talented person. I enjoy your podcasts. Be safe, healthy and happy with your partner and lovely boys❤( I saw the foto when you had 1K). Best regards, Hanna🙋

Hi Ana. all your podcast comes with subtitles. For me, it is not helping me because I am learning English and I am at an intermediate level in a path of advanced level. Could you make a podcast without subtitles? Or how can I take off subtitles on your podcast? Thank you for your podcast.
@EnglishLikeANative
@EnglishLikeANative 2 ай бұрын
It’s proven that having multiple inputs (reading and listening) speeds up your learning. However, if you aren’t a fan of the subtitles, perhaps just turn away from the screen or maybe stream the audio podcast from Spotify or wherever you get your podcasts. The majority of viewers benefit greatly from following the text on-screen.

@@EnglishLikeANative Really? A teacher told me that when we reach a certain level we don’t need to watch podcast with subtitles. But Ana if you are saying this, then forget what I have said . Thank you.

It’s not fair to say something negative about someone without giving your reasons. Would you like to explain what you mean? Personally I love Bree’s voice and presentation style, she is warm and friendly with a clear voice and a sweet accent.
