Mihoyo is always lazy to do the extra work, just look at all the NPCs in the game, recycling then again and again with almost no changes

I watched Murder of Bird’s stream vod and he did every quest so he saw everyone show up. It was nice cause I got them all too. I’ll have to check and see if Sevi got Bona and Cocouik also
