STRATEGY 1: Invade Ukraine so that NATO doesn´t expand. RESULT 1: Sweden and Finland joins NATO and Ukraine gets EU candidate status. STRATEGY 2: Invade Kiev to "denazifie". RESULT 2 : Retreat forces "in good faith". STRATEGY 3: Invade Snake Island. RESULT 3: Leave as a “gesture of goodwill”. This proves Ukraine needs more military equipment to make the Russians show goodwill. I´m proud that my country (Sweden) finally stand up for western values of democracy and freedome.

Wow , I love the Swedish ABBA and lots of people love them too, I worked with lots of Swedish RNs , nice people thanks again Sweden and Finland for joining NATO , I also work with a Finland RN very nice lady , I wonder how they are doing my co-workers in 1982-84, I am still strong and walking and cooking a lot .. thank you Lord for these freedom loving countries ..

Just curious why Ukraine applied for NATO membership since 2008 but never got ratified & become a member of NATO back then. Now, Sweden & Finland request for membership although had bumps with Turkey's protest is becoming a member of NATO so swiftly.

Read about conditions to be a NATO member! The important conditions is that a country applying should be not at war or similar conflict during the application process. So, Ukraine did not satisfy that condition because It was already in conflict with Russia, first Crimea, then Donbas!
