Well, got to see that all the way through that was incredible very well. Nice job.... I believe that KC10 is Netherlands, has windows all throughout, USAF does not have that.

The second tanker in this video is a Royal Netherlands Air Force KDC-10, the KC-10 flown by the USAF is built off of the basic DC-10-30 Frieghter, with the boomer in the aft fuselage, unlike the Dutch KDC-10 which has a remotely operated boom, just like the USAF's newest tanker, the KC-46, and boom operator station is located on the flight deck, plus, the KDC-10 is a converted DC-10 airliner airframe, so it still has all of the windows along the fuselage sides.

Also, the KDC-10 doesn't have a centerline drogue installation, as well as lacking an inflight refueling receptical on the roof of the flight deck. Another difference between the two, is the absence of a side cargo door.

What would happen if a tanker got shot down

It would mean less fuel to be dispensed, and lots of fighters, strikers, bombers, airlifters, and ISR aircraft, along with supporting aircraft would have to cancel several sorties, do to the loss of one tanker to enemy defenses.
