The Eagle S tanker is not going anywhere anytime soon, so something has been done - it's just that related parties are reacting slowly and as it's more and more undeniable that Russian tankers are nit having accidental anchor drops but are actually sabotaging intentionally. Maritime laws are also going to change, and while it seems nothing is happening, this shadow fleet is going to be toothless at the end of this process. Might add that Russia was foolish to train Nato forces so early on, and not wait for a crisis.

I live near the border and we get so many Canadians coming over to get health care that they can't wait for months or even years to get due to the severity of their conditions. They also come here for medical care because they feel the care in Canada is subpar.
