This gentleman is very intelligent and very well spoken. It will be a real loss when his term draws to a close, given his leadership through these times and how much he has accomplished.

It should also be important that supporting terrorism is kind of a deal breaker. I am pretty sure Sweden and Finland got the message.

Mutual defence as a member of NATO..Türkiye is ranked as the second power in NATO after the US, These defense capabilities will be defending both Sweden and Finland in case of a Russian invasion

You are asking wrong question. What can Finland and Sweden give Turkey? Turkey doesn’t have to give anything to those countries. They should satisfy Turkish demands.

You can trust Turkey more than the USA, a strong equipped and fearless army, when combined with weapons, acts as a shield, Turkey is NATO's shield. Read the Korean war and see how the US soldiers describe the Turks. Fearless and reliable people, we survived thanks to the Turks. While we were tired and wanted to sleep, they repelled the enemy for days without sleeping. We sent the most soldiers and that's why Korea doesn't call the USA a sister country, they just call Turkey our sister country.;)

Next logical step will be to tighten relations with Democratic nations in the Asian Pacific region. I reckon that's why the leaders from Australia, New Zealand, South Korean and Japan were invited to this NATO summit.

Few reasons, but primarily no nation can have a significant border or territory conflict and be allowed to join NATO, Unfortunatley Crimea is a huge issue.

Lol. He doesn't answer the questions. Q. What will happen if Turkey backs down support if Sweden/Finland doesn't fulfill their end of the deal. A. We worked very hard this week to sign this deal. Terrorism is bad and Sweden/Finland is already fighting terrorism.

a terrorist organization according to the US, EU, Turkiye and other countries. The PKK/YPG killed 45.000 people in turkiye, mostly kurds. They opress kurds, Syrians and Iraqis in the regions they occupy. So if anybody talks about "Turkiye killing Kurds" you should know it's a lie. Kurds are the biggest victims of the PKK/YPG.

Communist kurdish Party founded by abdullah ocalan, tryna create kurdistan in the east of Turkiye, killing villagers, civillians with terrorism throughout the years. Although TSK finished them already, they are tryna create kurdistan in Iran now

As a Kurd, I can say that PKK is a terrorist. Turkey is very right, I am grateful to the Turks. A deal is a must for the peace of the Kurds, we are tired of PKK terror and its actions. they are killers!

Both Scandinavian countries of 🇫🇮 and Sweden 🇸🇪 will lose STRATEGICALLY , economically POLITICALLY and MILITARILY SPECIALLY FINLAND that had a long lasting peace treaty with the Soviet union (Russia now) dated bk 1940 aka " The Moscow Peace Treaty of 1940"
@Jahvec
@Jahvec 2 жыл бұрын
Yeah... Guess which another country had peace treaty with Russia? Also, Moscow Peace Treaty just so happens to be after Winter War, and it was broken 41 in Continuation War. Peace treaty that came after 1944 is the one that lasted until now.
