I don’t think they’re “horrible parents”, they’re reaction is quite understandable cuz they were shocked that Liam had magic and that he LITERALLY KILLED 2 ppl so they probably were angry and didn’t know how to deal with his magic (more lang tho because din was trying to calm him down) unlike anyan cuz he has magic and knows how to control it.
