I think Big B is destined to become more well-known when he finally decides to leave us for the mother ship, then more people will seek out his music and realize just how great he was. @@NatterNet he really deserves the recognition before he's gone. Having my idol, Duane Allman, pass away before he was able to get that recognition, it'd be nice to see my 2nd favorite guitarist get it while he's still here. Then you look at guys like BB King, who was considered blues royalty and the King of the Blues in the 1950s. And it was well-deserved. BB was one of the greatest frontmen and guitarists ever. And a true gentleman, it seemed. I'm really glad he was able to be revered for so long considering his upbringing. Imagine being considered the King for 60 years. That's insane. But BB really was the King. There's no question about it.

It's amazing how much reach The Allman Brothers Band has. Nobody in rock music used 2 drummers until Duane Allman decided he wanted 2 drummers in The Allman Brothers Band. Now you see all sorts of bands using 2 drummers. IMO, you can trace that back to them.

Heh Brain. I went to NYC last week to see Buckethead at Sony Hall. When we got there the ticket collector told me we did not have front row ticket's. He said Stu Hub was a ripoff, so that's that. Anyway, I tugged on the sleeve to turn around so I could give to him to give to Buckethead. But he wouldn't even turn around! So I gave the toy to a young man who worked there and asked if he could get it to him. He probably just kept it. My Cancer is back, so I don't have as much time anymore. I just hope he got it and liked it enough for his collection. Well, I thank you again for your kindness. Life sucks, then you die..........
