New Super Vision, Paul Rubens, & Daniel Smith Supergranulation Watercolors

Watercolour Hoarder offers quarter pan samples of five of the Schmincke super granulation watercolors, it's more than enough to see if you enjoy some effects from the paints! Schmincke is also adding their colors to their permanent lineup so if you find just one or two out of a set you really love you can just get that tube instead of the whole set (I really love the Violets and Pinks myself). Thanks for the look at the Super Vision, I'll have to grab myself a palette of those!

Agreed! I got the set and it was really helpful to play and see them, and figure out what almost duplicates I could do without. I'm still working through some of the quarter pans too.

Schminke now offer 40 of there granulating colours that were originally in sets , now in half pans. Plus one in a 15 ml special edition on its own. A new 15 ml Ice blue, a 5ml lapis lazily and a 5ml Ymln, the new super expensive super blue. I know they are offered on Jackson's UK and in Australia at Adamstown art.

Estoy muy agradecida por la revision , estaba dudando en adquirir acuarelas con super granulación, porque vi en otras revisiones que no obtenían los efectos de color, ahora me percato que hay que poner pequeñas toques de acuarela y no grandes pegotes. Saludos desde Peru..🤗🤗🤗

Wow, the two last Paul Rubens purples look beautiful...and the closest to some of the Schmincke`s, from the supergranulating sets. Unfortunately, a few channels here on YT, tested and reviewed the Supervision ones, as extremely fugitive and unstable, even straight from the tube, in some batches. I personally would always rather save & invest in Schmincke, even in their highly pigmented, packed & long lasting half pans, than try to rationalize & risk with the Supervisions, probably even loosing money (and paint) in the end. But those paints look stunning here, though. So, now I`m even more confused.. In any case, thanks for sharing!

Low Key I bought these at Christmas for myself and put them into half pans. I test them at intervals and can categorically say they have NOT shifted or faded in any way whatsoever, they are beautiful and I've just ordered 3 more sets for my birthday. I only do art for myself so don't sell my work perhaps Kimberly crick does as she gave them a bad review. I do feel there's a lot of snobery in the art world, I do understand if you sell your work you have to be careful but I do feel these super vision have got an undeserved bad press

I do sell my work and I am being careful in buying my materials, althoug I am aware that people don't hang paintings in their windows, so I take a lot of reviews w/a grain of salt, or do my own tests. It is sad if these paints got unfair bad score on yt, 'cause they look beautiful. I read lots of bad comments too, so lets hope there was some kind of a bad batch or they upgraded them. I'm glad they're working out for you)) Happy painting!

I'm a fan of the winsor newton garnulation medium I can add to any color, schminke is cheap in germany the sets cost half of what they do on jacksons instead of 70 for a set only 35 on german amazon.
