This is perfect! Thank you for showing every step. Do you ever encounter fairy knots? I started following your regimen, and I’m loving it! However, I seem to find little knots sometimes, that don’t easily slide out. So I end up cutting it 🥴.. I think it’s from the dryness and neglect my hair went through while growing it out from a fade hair cut 🤔.

You and your husband are a beautiful couple. I started using aloe vera juice to moisturize my hair because of your videos. OMG my hair loves it. I finally found something natural that my hair loves. My hair is getting thicker and longer. My scalp stays cleaner longer and doesnt itch or flake anymore. Detangling is a peice of cake now. I threw out and gave away all my leave in conditioners. I'm making the transition to only using aloe, castor oil and other oils and my favorite butter from Qhemet Biologics. Thank you. your tips really do work. 4year natural hair journey anniversary next week...wooohooo. patience and love are the key. Even after 4 years I am still discovering ways to care for my afro. who knew this journey was so revolutionary. I cant wait to see what this year will bring.

Chile when you cut the leaf put the gel directly on you hair! Let me tell you. That aloe gel is Gods natural detangler lol. It's the truth. I had big aloe vera plants in the front of my house and I used them occasionally. Now I'm using then religiously.
@darlenemeans78964 жыл бұрын
@@mZToyadiva101 OH YESSSSS. I use the gel from the plant for my prepoo treatments. I got that idea from natural 85's prepoo video. my hair loves that. crazy that I never thought to use aloe in my hair daily until I joined the tribe. I do like to wash my hair too often and now I dont feel guilty. my scalp stays clean and itch free due to the aloe juice I massage in. breaking my product junkie habits also helped. I realized I didnt need all those creams and milks. all they did was build up on my scalp and hair making it heavy dull and my scalp itchy. I'm falling in love all over again with my hair. I wont be able to stop looking at myself when my hair reaches my shoulders and back. it's getting there slowly but surely. Patience Patience Patience. love to u sis.

Thanks indigenous strands for your tips. My hair grew almost to hip Lenght. But i dont spray aloevera juice everyday on my scalp because of shrinkage. I use thea threa oil 2 or 3 times a week for itch and it kills bacteria and fungus(that's what aloevera juice does) . I have 60-70 twist and redow them every 2-3week but i advice every 2 weeks. Wash hair every 3 months. I clean my scalp every whit acv every 2 weeks with a hot rag and clean my scalp that way. And moisterize whit oils. And use flaxseed Gel for the ends so my ends wil tangle I do this 1-3 times in a week. This helped me grow my hair to almost hip length/tailbone lenght

Thank you. Your hair is gorgeous! Thanks for validating a routine I just started and is almost identical to yours. MOISTER IS KEY TO ALL SUCCESSFUL NATURALS AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH LAYERING NATURAL PRODUCTS TO ACHIEVE IT! My natural 4A, extremely fine yet dense hair is very dry. I didn't even know the texture of my hair and thought it was 4C, until I stopped using over-the-counter hair products as well as the usual culprits of hair damage, like relaxers. My hair was not the beautiful 4C texture, no, it was dry, damaged, and felt like straw. It's taken me over a year to learn my hair, so, when a silky, soft texture first started growing on our of my scalp, I didn't recognize it as my hair - I WAS SHOOK AND SHOCKED! I wonder how many other women are ignorant about their true hair texture because of the damaging way we were instructed to care for our locks from childhood onward. We weren't "Together", if our hair wasn't. Pressed or Relaxed. FINALLY!!!!! WE KNOW OUR NATURAL HAIR, WHEN WELL CARED FOR, IS BEAUTIFUL!! Why do u think our damaged, short hair was accepted and rarely mentioned except to joke about, perhaps, but now that our hair is full, gorgeous, and often times long, some people have a problem. You mean a woman with inch long and damaged is OK, but not my regal afro, beautiful braids or twists to the waist and called "INAPPROPRIATE?" I say it's hair envy causing all the turmoil. Just my ok opinion. After all, who could with honesty claim that YOUR hair isn't GORGEOUS?? I'm just sayin!. Now, off the soapbox.....I started using water, a combo of oils I put together, DIY Flaxseed gel, Shea Butter and Kinky Curly curling custard to do wash and go on my TWA and the results are awesome! After spraying with water, I layer the above and my frizzy fro is transformed into curls. Again thank you for the wonderful routine. I am going to SUBSCRIBE and I look forward to more helpful hints.💐🎁💐🎁💐🎁💐🎁💐🎁💐🎁💐🎁💐🎁💐🎁💐🎁

The natural hair movement like to say we can get product build up from oils and butters but I see that not always true. Also, great hair wrapping tips for night time. I sometimes struggle with that. Once again, I was anxiously awaiting this video. I think I have developed an addiction lol On another note, I smiled broadly when I saw you apply the aloe leaf to your scalp. Of late, I had suffered some scalp irritation and itching, the aloe leaf was my saving grace. I now routinely apply aloe from MY aloe plant to my scalp because of its soothing, cooling effect, although the problem no longer exists :) Mum has planted a few ( she has the green thumb) and I have shanelessly declared , part ownership ha ha ha !

I’m going to either Walmart or TJMaxx and getting a cheap pot for my hair products I need to put on the stove...talk about being lazy. Anyway, if that kit doesn’t work out I’ll make your recipe but since I’ve had the kit for over 2 years and all the ingredients are dry and sealed it should be perfectly fine. I’ll still do a test patch first. Great seeing you again and it was nice seeing your husband.

Genuine question. May I ask why you choose to use the chosen products to retwist your hair? What made you want to use them & why in that order? I never was one to retwist my twists because of me being low porosity & anytime I try to retwist my hair it doesn't dry then it'll smell like mildew which results in me having to rewash my hair. Another thing is, I know it's necessary to retwist when hair become frizzy & dry but my roots ALWAYS get frizzy & dry immediately. Idk why either which makes me not want to retwist otherwise it'll be everyday or every other day. I would like to implement a regimen of what products I can use to retwist my hair, how frequently, etc. And help my roots to not be frizzy. Can you help me please?
