I taught bespoke health care as a fundamental principle for decades.
Does natural and hybrid immunity obviate the need for frequent vaccine boosters against SARS-CoV-2 in the endemic phase?
pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36366...
onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/1...
Stefan Pilz John PA Ioannidis
The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has entered its endemic phase
We observe significantly declining infection fatality rates due to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).
Now
It is crucial but challenging to define current and future vaccine policy,
in a population with a high immunity against SARS-CoV-2,
conferred by previous infections and/or vaccinations.
Vaccine policy must consider the magnitude of the risks conferred by new infection(s),
with current and evolving SARS-CoV-2 variants,
how these risks vary in different groups of individuals,
how to balance these risks against the apparently small, but existent, risks of harms of vaccination,
and the cost-benefit of different options.
More evidence from randomized controlled trials,
and continuously accumulating national health data is required,
to inform shared decision-making with people who consider vaccination options.
Vaccine policy makers should cautiously weight what vaccination schedules are needed,
and refrain from urging frequent vaccine boosters unless supported by sufficient evidence.
The key issue
Whether and how to consider natural immunity after SARS-CoV-2 infections, and hybrid immunity
It is very likely that the large majority of the global population has been infected with SARS-CoV-2,
at least once by late 2022
(Excluding China)
People who have never been infected have probably become a rarity.
It is well established that previous SARS- CoV-2 infections induce a significant and long-lasting protection against reinfections,
and even more so against severe COVID-19.3-6
Lets check the evidence
pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35904...
Risk of reinfection and disease after SARS-CoV-2 primary infection: Meta-analysis
91 studies, n = 15,034,624
Infections n = 158,478 reinfections
During the first 3 months of Omicron wave,
the reinfection rates reached 3.31%.
Overall rates of severe/lethal COVID-19 were very low,
(2-7 per 10,000),
and were not affected by strain predominance.
Conclusions
A strong natural immunity follows the primary infection and may last for more than one year,
suggesting that the risk and health care needs of recovered subjects might be limited.
Although the reinfection rates considerably increased during the Omicron wave,
the risk of a secondary severe or lethal disease remained very low.
The risk-benefit profile of multiple vaccine doses for this subset of population needs to be carefully evaluated.
Back to Pilz, PA loannidis paper
Compared to vaccination by two doses,
natural immunity was associated with a significantly higher protection against SARS-CoV-2 infections before the emergence of Omicron,
when identical times have elapsed since the last immune conferring event.
Denmark
Little viral spread until late 2021,
and then massive infections with Omicron,
ensued in a population that had been widely vaccinated.
Omicron infection fatality rate (IFR) until mid-March 2022,
6.2 per 100,000 infections,
among apparently healthy people 17-72 years
Compared to previous infection waves in Denmark, there was a very significant decline in IFR
Omicron wave
In populations with substantial prior exposure to SARS-CoV-2,
re-infections, less than a quarter of the hospitalization risk,
and one-tenth the mortality
Vojvodina, Serbia
1% of re-infections required hospitalization
Case fatality for re-infections was 0.15%
Accounting for non- ascertained infections,
this suggests that IFR for re-infections,
may be less than 0.05%, (even in people who have not been vaccinated)

@@juliegill9322 variants are not novel viruses as subtypes have similar components to the wild type. Therefore a naturally infected person will produce antibodies to more than one component as opposed to the vaccine which produces only to the spike protein. Therefore if a mutation occurs on the spike protein the mRNA vaccine will be inactive towards variants that have undergone this change. Conversely naturally infected individuals will have a whole array of antibodies targeted at different structures such as structural components of the nucleocapsid and will therefore protect against reinfection or at least reduce the risk of hospitalization. This is called cross reactivity. The probability that variants will undergo mutations on all components is null. This is basic immunology 101.

Hi Dr John. I had a struggle with rising blood pressure levels for a couple of years that were creeping up slowly. once my levels hit the red, and not wanting to use medication, I did a bit of research. Stopped drinking alcohol. Ate more fruit and veg. Stopped eating pork, proscessed meat, and all proscessed foods including pasta and rice. Started fasting intermittently. Blood pressure is now normal. Hope this helps. Just a quick edit to my post. Sugar and proscessed food is the route cause of most, if not all metabolic deseases. Don't confuse this with the sugar in fruit as this comes in a package of fibre , vitamins and minerals. If I could convince just a few people to quit fake food and sugar laced products, I will be a happy man.
@shayneswenson
@shayneswenson Жыл бұрын
Harder to quit than heroin that “convenience food” is, and I’ve quit both…well the heroin at least(many years ago). Sugar and processed/easy foods are an entirely different beast and I’m finding it just as horrendously difficult to get away from the sugar addiction as it was to leave an opiate addiction. Arguably more difficult due to the subtlety and “Normality” of sugar addiction in our society.

🙌 Our medical system treats high blood pressure as a disease, when in reality it is a symptom of something out of balance in your body. Blood pressure medication does not treat the root cause, it only suppresses a symptom. I wish more people would wake up & understand this. You were able to address the imbalance through your lifestyle change. Our current medical system is only designed to suppress symptoms, NOT treat the root cause of the issue. When I ask a medical doctor "why" something is happening they cannot tell me. They do not even want to explore the why. They just want to write a prescription & send the person on their way. My 14 yr old daughter is currently on a medication for functional bowel disease. It is an antihistamine that reduces the inflammatory reaction she has in her GI tract. There is something causing that reaction, but more medicine does not want to find out "why". Instead they label it as a broad disorder & told us that we probably will never know what is causing it. They DO NOT want to heal you. Healing you causes them to lose a customer. So hat off to your for Healing yourself ❤

Sadly the sugar, well carbohydrates, in fruit produces exactly the same insulin response as processed sugar so sadly they are equally problematic. Also worth remembering that the "natural" fruit we eat now is somewhere around 10 times sweeter through selective breeding. So the fruit industry is in the same game as processed foods, get more sugar ina nd you sell more product. Try taking all the carbs away and eat more red meat and 100g of liver every week, you will get everything you need. that's my 2%'s worth

@@cardronadunstan1903 from what I understood from the author of the book “metabolical”, it’s not the same if you eat it whole. The fiber Will make only some of the sugar to be absorbed by the liver and will leave sugars for the microbiome to feast on. Apparently berries you can blend but the rest of the fruits will not be as beneficial blended and will cause a higher sugar spike.

I rarely get sick, I fight off colds within a day. The last two years I have never witnessed so many poorly clients and sadly have had clients and clients family die in a huge amount over the past few months. I realized in April 2020 something very sinister was going on. Life has never been the same since. I remain healthy and well, unjabbed. Take care John because I can see in you the changes that happened to me. I went through a process of anger and sadness which led to a suicide attempt. So NOW everything has turned around and currently the truth is STARTING to come out. And now they are going to want us to NOT act like the NAZI jerks they where. This Nazi, and the MINIONS that cheered for them are NOT OF GODS MIND. Call yourselves Christian all you want. But was your heart in it to resist and be brave, or did the fear take you? We forgive you, not just because we have no choice. But because that is how we are, the mind of Christ makes us like that. But you still need to be talking to God about it, in Jesus name because as the father in charge of punishment he is the one determining REPENTANCE!! Every knows that in Revelations Chapter 6 the WHITE/RED/BLACK/PALE horses will ride. Causing people to take a scorpions tail (needle) (white horse). WARs, and rumors of war (Red horse), Prices of food and Energy and medicine and entertainment to rise(black horse). And death following(pale horse). And they knew that SOMEONE will come on the scene and SAVE THE WORLD from these things. THIS SOMEONE (PERSON) is the FALSE PROPHET that will cause you to put your trust in the ANTI-Christ. So just keep looking for that person(while refusing Jabs). You will know they are the FALSE PROPHET, because that is what the bible says the false prophet does. And PLEASE help me spread dumbed down message. Even a less complicated thinker will understand this.... SIDE NOTE: 1st Corinthians 6:19 "19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 1st Corinthians 3;16 you yourselves are Gods temple! and that gods spirit dwells in your midst. You missed the first sign the mark of the beast. Don't fall for the other signs! Please! You can live in paradise. Before the Fall Satan made sure there was PRIDE. This is why I said they are having DOCTORs and NURSES dance on TV and the social websites and getting PROMOTED to do so in early 2020 PRIDE. PRIDE!!! Satan does not JUST need them to be on his side He wants PRIDE to keep them from REPENTING! . This is the way of NOT REPENTING AND BE LIABLE TO HELL. They can't admit they was wrong, and turn around! Why PRIDE. With all this evidence PRIDE! Sadly it is working on some 😔 Interesting I misspelled Medicine, it came out MEDICIDE! so naturally I looked it up! WOW. It's a word alright. Now the question is, is MEDICIDE closer to suicide or genocide(they wanted all doctors and blacks to take it first), or omnicide?! One of the big reasons people will stop going to churches and protesting?? I'm going to tell you a conspiracy (since I am batting a 100%). The VACCINE, downgrades the vmat2 gene. Which gives you the RELIGIOUS zeal (right or wrong), independance. The ability to stick to emotional indignation (right or wrong). This is way stronger than fluoride. This is also a big reason WHY there will be a great FALLING AWAY! I can not post links here you have to go to youtubes competitors for proof because they instantly block these link.

But instead of jumping on the pharmaceutical bandwagon, I increased my exercise, cut down on junk food, checked my vitamin levels and adjusted my diet accordingly and continued to monitor the situation. Now my blood pressure is the best it has been my whole life and I never took chemicals to do it. This is where I have a major problem with medical professionals: their immediate response is “take more drugs”. High blood pressure isn‘t caused by a lack of blood pressure medicine in your blood, just like headaches are not caused by a lack of paracetamol in your system. If your D levels were up to 60-90 nl(ng?) then who would they push their anti-depressants (brain scramblers really...you're the guinea pig on that stuff, too, look it up) , high blood pressure, meds for dermatitis, fatigue, cognitive problems, insomnia, etc on? Check out Dr Berg and Vit D on You Tube. He said in 1 video he has 200 videos on it. They're relatively short. The dosages he deals with are higher than any I've seen, but he explains everything. I'm taking Mary Ruths Liquid Vit K2 MK7 100 mcg with it - Dr John Campbell mentions that in his videos, too. I found I don't seem to have a negative reaction to: hypoallergenic Kirkman Vit D3 (they have 1,000 iu or 5,000 iu) Praise G-d you're getting what you need now.

I live in Queensland (The sunshine state), Australia. At about 50 years old I was diagnosed with low vitamin D. I'd really taken the sun smart message onboard, and always used sunscreen, avoided going outside at peak times, long sleeved shirts, hats etc. I was safe baby! Never mind that I was overweight and pre- diabetic, with fatty liver - no dietary advice. Also had slightly high blood pressure. I was put onto high blood pressure medication an advised to supplement with vitamin D. Soon after, I took up the keto diet, and was able to drop the blood pressure meds as my pressure levels went to ideal levels. I also significantly reduced my omega 6 to omega 3 fatty acid ratio by virtually eliminating seed oils from my diet. I found that I was able to take a hugely increased sun exposure without burning. This is a side effect of eliminating seed oils from the diet. That also took care of the need to supplement vitamin D. I also lost approximately 20 Kg of fat and sometimes struggled to maintain my weight, despite eating to satisfaction on one or two meals a day. I rediscovered a vee shaped torso that slowly revealed itself. I was strict with keto for more than two years, but sadly compromised my diet choices, and have gained back about 9-10 Kg of fat and redeveloped love handles. Time to resume the keto diet again I think, despite my family's diet choices trending towards junky foods. Time to put on my big boy pants again.
@LTPottenger

You can't be high in vitamin D when your insulin is high, all the vitamin D is locked up in your fat cells. That is why it is hard to get it up through supplements. Fasting and a diet that provokes less insulin response will reverse it and the older you get the more of an issue it is.

I just came across a video regarding 7 Signs of Low Vitamin D. The video suggested that dairy is actually not a good source of Vitamin D. Here are the suggestions Solutions to reduce Vitamin D deficiency: 5:26 * Get more sun (obviously) * Eat a ketogenic diet (i.e. Eat more grass-fed butter, egg yolks, pasture-raised pork) * If taking supplement, take Vitamin D3 (Vitamin D2 is not-so well-absorbed) * Dairy is a terrible way to get Vitamin D * Try all three (Sun, Diet, and Supplement) And definitely consult with a doctor who's familiar with your heath condition

Almost like it was a political sham to get people to be comfortable with mail in ballots. Think how convenient it is… Problem with mail in ballots - People can write whatever date they want as long as it’s prior to election day. USPS will still send it to the city offices. USPS postmarks letters - They can easily change the date for fraud ballots. Quite simple to buy them since democrats have led the way for bills favoring USPS, so it’s easy to return it. There’s no safe guard against this, we simply have to take their word.

If it takes 3 tests with all negative results, you still needed to be tested again and again just to have the positive results in order to justify that being with your sick spouse made you positive too... But in fact, you tested negative the first test and had to get retested to be tested positive.. It means, testing is not what it's supposed to be... I mean, testing is what... Testing should be removed for this. And people who have symptoms are sick. Those who have no symptoms are not sick.. because they are not..

Give john campbell a medal ! John, Ive been listening to you for 3 years. You’re a lifeline during the pandemic and helped me cut through the confusion, panic and BS by the govt, health pros and pharma lords. None of them spoke of natural immunity when my gut tells me that’s where to start for everyone. Every scientist agree there is no drug or vaccine more powerful than the body’s own innate immunity. And we need more people and professionals like you to constantly confirm and drum it out loud that the essential job for everyone is to first take care of their own natural innate immunity.

@@ywfbi I genuinely can't understand how medical people ignored the original clinical data of two years ago, from the experimental and control groups, about the efficacy and safety of the C-jab. We hear these professionals' justification for how wrong decisions were made, because they didn't have the data available to them. I say bullsh*t. How is it that I, an average person, who until two years ago, trusted gov, media and pharma, found the data with little effort? Unfortunately I can see why the masses blindly follow the narrative, and how their naivety continues to keep them safe from personal responsibility. But my question is to those medical professionals who claim that the data was not available to them. It was. It was available to anyone who cared to look for it. Our doctors failed to do due diligence. And that's reprehensible.

As soon as the pandemy reached us in Canada I started taking vitamin D (cod liver) and since then, I had no cold, covid or anything closely related to my immune system. I'm 55 with no medical condition whatsoever and I practice moderately many sports, cycling, hockey, sailing. I also smoke tobacco/weed a little (like 2-4 small cigs/joints a day) and I'm also on my own diet (which is basically listen to your body) which consists of 1-2 full meals a day depending on the level of activity required, of course. Most importantly, in my opinion, I drink EVERYDAY about 750ml of spring/well water (from my parent's camp up north, in Quebec) which is a life elixir in itself. I started about 20 years ago to bring back to my city 4L water bottles all year around thus always avoiding drinking tap water. Oh and lastly, I'm not vaxxed at all and feel pretty good about it!

I had Cov19 back before we even knew there was a pandemic. (Passed it on to my husband and son- my bad.) Both me and hubby realized afterwards what our 'very odd flu' really was. In light of this we decided on a wait-and-see approach when it came to vaccination. We have seen. And we have decided we will not bother. In the last almost 3 years we have not had it again. Despite meeting people who were subsequently found to be infected. had a couple of mild colds and tested negative both times. Our son, OTOH was persuaded by his GF to have the vaccine so he could travel. Whatever this has done to his natural immunity it certainly hasn't enhanced it: he has had Covid three times since.

Never felt better....no FLU, eczema, lethergy, brain fog, ....I felt 32. I was living in a grounded tiny house with a partner at the time (and still do) and she was a nurse. Jabbed once for "work in A+e" ..she eventually caught convid once and she went through what I did. She is 43. That was a year ago. We shared also the house with...two of her kids 8/10yrs old....and our highly sociable dog Syd. Kids never had covid even though 90% of there classmates have) Since my bad flu in 2019 I reacted by upping my vitamin D2/3 and K2 supplements....and advising everyone else to.. Everyone vaccinated seems to have had convid 2-4 times! WOW. Your videos are the best of everything -- sound information, solid backup, dry humor, and appropriate sarcasm when referring to those who have been perpetrators of the greatest of criminality to be inflicted upon us and our loved ones -- our whole common humanity. Dr Campbell, I don't know what we would do without your courage and clarity -- which is charity. Thank you so much!

You can tell this guy is retired, he has no idea how badly the health system has declined of late. Our future is virtual appointments with 3rd rate doctors and decisions based on data taken off wearable health monitoring equipment that we will have had to buy ourselves.

Third right doctors are not doctors they’re called nurses! The Insurance industry has run doctors out of business Because they can’t bully doctors but they can bully nurses! Wake up you’re paying for doctors and you’re getting nurses

Totally agree. Had to help family and some friends lately with ambulances. And hospital care. And AE. And I have to say that the care has been a little good., but a lot bad. Had a terrible experience two times with the attitude and care from the supposedly paramedics in the ambulances. But the one time there were excellent fantastic paramedics that were here within ten minutes so they kinda made up for the other terrible experiences. And the nurses in some hospitals I’m told are lovely and yet the ones in others are unkind and very uncaring. Something has gone dreadfully wrong in our NHS and the people that work for them. It’s so sad to see. I have lost so much respect for them it’s sad. I always looked up to them and admired them. I certainly don’t now. And doctors are the same. John gives me hope. There are more like him. And slowly but surely they are starting to speak up. So THANKYOU Dr John for being a spark of light in a very dark place.

I will trust in Jesus even though I’m struggling, I will never lose hope. Jesus has lifted me up and has carried me through my hardest times.I know he will continue to protect me and my children. As a single mother things are difficult on me. My husband passed years ago I’m alone. I’m overwhelmed at times because both of my children are autistic. I’m struggling trying to support them and myself because like so many others. I lost my job as a social worker at Forsyth hospital because I declined the vaccine. I declined because of my pre existing health condition lupus and heart disease. I was denied my medical/religious exemption. I wish I could go back to the hospital but the mandate is still in place for hospitals that participate in Medicare and Medicaid. I’m waitressing and I’m so thankful to be working again, but I’m not making nearly enough to make ends meet. I get harassed and called names for simply asking for prayers, but prayers are all we need. Thankfully God gives me strength to keep going. I have faith God will provide. He HAS THIS FAR. WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE! Please pray for me and my children.
