Natural Minor Tuned Harmonica

I recently purchased 2 Natural Minor tuned harmonica from Seydel, the Session Steel. Having always been a Lee Oskar fan of altered tunings it's a new venture for me to get this tuning on from Seydel. So I'd like to talk about how they work and what they mean to me. The harps are labelled in 2nd position. e.g: an AmN is actually based on a D harmonica with the root note starting on draw hole 2.

I used Natural Minor for playing in the relative major. Then I started retuning them similar to Spiral/Circular.

I'm a whistler and whistling doesn't always sound good with sad tunes. That's why I'm thinking of getting a minor harmonica. With happy songs I can just whistle, it sounds great.

We do a f sharp minor tube in our set and I did the same thing purchased the f sharp minor and off I went …. Mines a seydel as well great harps cool lesson mate 😎
