This is one of the best podcasts I have ever heard. SO many important points, especially on the frightening new "norms" of the American school system. I also enjoyed the angry jay bird at 12:09 :.) What an excellent discussion! Keep em coming.

Rafe Kelley cool thanks for reply are you intending on doing any of these seminars in Australia in the future in particular Perth Western Australia? If you ever did one in Perth would definitely love to attend! I have started doing some of this on my own and absolutely love it, attending a seminar or training workshop in my area would be awesome if it ever became available. Is your training based on mov nat as it looks to have a lot in common?

We were exploring a Perth workshop this spring but it didn't get work, perhaps next year, certainly we will be on the east coast of OZ next year again.

I enjoyed this thoroughly. It was cool to see how your views work together. Honestly the best thing about the podcast is that you guys weren't sitting down the whole time and actually moved! I look forward to hearing future podcasts.

Fantastic Rafe! A conversation that I have all the time - the balance between formal movement and "natural" movement practice. Very glad to have your and the Starrett's take on it. Keep inspiring man. :)

Yo, I was super excited to see you guys come together again for another discussion! I love all the cross-talk that's going on between influential people in the movement and S&C communities. Keep it happening!

This is what I've been waiting for - something similar to the Strength Coach podcasts coming from the Parkour World.
