How do you maintain the deep part? Do you just let the silt/sediment build up or is there something else you plan on doing when necessary? Edit: I fat fingered the t to a 5 twice

Eventually I could pump it out, but after 6 years it was still fine.

I've seen some people run it through a filter to ensure those don't have a great spot to exist.
