In Asian we often do foot baths after a tiring day of workout! We use salts or herbs in a bucket of warm water! It worked for generations! Simply because we knows that there are hundreds of tiny holes under our foot to discharge toxic most comprising heavy metals from the foods we ate and workouts inside the body.

Yes, ma’am! I put this on the feet of a friend who has diabetic neuropathy, super bad, chronic pain from it, but no actual feeling in her foot, and within a week she told me That she woke up at 2 o’clock in the morning one night because she could feel the food that she hadn’t been able to feel in two months. The toes didn’t have their sensation back yet, but she got the sensation in her foot within a week of putting these patches on the soles of her feet at night. Thank you.

Good advice! I recall that rubbing your hands and feet with oil extracted from wild peach seed, brought back a wonderful warmth! This is done in many of the hill districts of Himachal Pradesh where these wild peach grow in abundance. The oil is golden in colour and used by the locals as a food additive, adding it to roasted barley to create "Sattu", a highly nutritive food popular in the extremly cold Himalayan valleys!

Spread plastic wrap, about the length of your foot. Place a paper towel folded in half lengthwise on top of it. Sprinkle with olive oil and spread with a spoon to cover the paper towel. Next sprinkle a very small amount of cayenne pepper onto the olive oil-use less than 1/8th teaspoon per foot to start. Can always add more if needed but try it first to make sure it’s not too hot Place feet on paper towels and wrap with the plastic. Put a sock on and go to bed. This should help circulation and warm feet. She recommends doing this every other day until you achieve the results you are looking for If you find the cayenne too hot, remove sock and oiled paper towel and rinse feet in cold water to relieve the heat

I got frostbit waiting for the city bus that was full to capacity. Didn’t know the snow & sleet storm was arriving. Was out in this with mini skirt & only shoes for about 2 1/2 hours and until 1 bus took me 1/2 way on their route. Mom & dad rubbed my feet & put me in a hot bath. Sometimes we don’t always have correct info. as then. Presently 60 yrs later extremities get cold very easily; living out west in a 70 degree temp on my daily walks. Back east have not much feeling in extremities but have to live like this. Oh well. Thanks for sharing your excellent remedies & for those at younger ages.🌺

People with heart failure may find that they often feel cold in their arms, hands, feet, and legs (the extremities). This happens because the body is circulating most of the available blood to the brain and other vital organs to compensate for the failing heart's inability to pump enough blood to the entire body.

In my cellphone, there is no description field available for a link to the full video. Idk if a description field available when viewed on a computer so that a link could be provided. There is no link pinned in a comment at the beginning of the comments section. Hope they fix that problem.

When I went to Mexico I went to a hospital and it was late at night and I? Did. The google translation with the doctor on call and after finding out I have deep vien thrombosis. And by what you described I have the same thing with the veins et cetera so I thought he would recommend some kind of drug. He wrote out a prescription and I took it to the pharmacy and I took it and he said it would be safe even when I go back on the plane. And no need to worry about the border crossing. I found that it did relieve a lot of my problems. So I went to my local pharmacy and he looked it up the product and it contained Vitamin c with Citrus flavenoids. And another natural product. So the doctor recommended one product and I laughed because it had to do with hemorrhoids. And apparently it worked. I don't have trouble with hemorrhoids but it helps with the circulation the vitamin c With citrus flavenoids. They appear in fruits and vegetables like berries, oranges and apples - as well as red wine and dark chocolate. An international team of researchers, based in Western Australia, has found a link between flavonoids and better arterial health.

@@BL-rb7jm BEWARE! This lady is BANNED from any treatments, etc. in Australia. GOOGLE her first! Please check out her name before trying ANY of her 'remedies'! I was so impressed by the things she was suggesting on KZbin, so I Googled her name ... & that's how I found out about her bans in Australia. You can't mess about with DVTs ... I had a huge DVT in my shoulder & 12 months later I had pneumonia & a pulmonary embolism. The clots usually start in the legs ... unlike mine, but they move up the body & head into the heart or lungs ... so Please be careful when flying, or long bus or plane trips when you can't walk around. You need good compression stockings to stop any clots moving up into your heart or lungs. Please check this out before travelling ... or even if you're not travelling. You need blood thinning meds to stop these clots from forming. I'm guessing, but I'd suggest that hemorrhoids are also blood clots, so it makes me think that the doctor gave you a medication that's also used for the hemorrhoids.
