I have around 3000rubber tree's, and it will be mature within 2years Do you have any ideas how many sheets will they produce per day? Iam from Arunachal pradesh

No idea. It depends on type of tree,climate and other factors.while starting rubber tree tapping there will be less milk.then gradually will increase.must find a good experienced tapper for new trees

It is not cutting but a slight combing.which dries in 3 hours

Very interesting! Does the dark color come from the smoke of the drying fire, or would it develop the dark colour anyway? Sorry to hear that the industry is dying.

Thankyou.yes dark color from the smoke .if it dried under sun it will be a little yellowish in color .dark color we get more money

Formic acid is added to make faster solidification it will take a few hours.

@@coollife1319 no.but can keep in liquid state by adding chemical for transportation in liquid state.i dont knw what is adding

@@drdipin base on my research its ammonia. its good for health? its will be still remain natural latex if will mix with ammonia

Hi formic acid converts liquid to solid state in a littile time.we use diluted formic acid and if u add less water .faster it will become.but not concentrated .

With out the formic acid the milk will take 2,3 days to become harder and solid...so the formic acid the agent what making the process more fast..

Purpose of adding formic acid is to coagulate the rubber and it's precipitated.
