Forests beneath the waves

A film about kelp forests in the south of England. These large seaweeds forming dense forests provide habitat for a variety of animals, including flat fishes, stalked jellyfish, rays, limpets, catsharks and seals. Throughout the film we explore how kelp forests can provide shelter, food, and nursery grounds, and why it is so important to protect this vital habitat.
