My 12 year old brother is my motivation.he was bullied so bad since 2nd grade to 4th for his weight. (67kg)so when my older brother used to go to the gym,my brother who was bullied (ben),went to the gym with him and worked out really well.he used the treadmill,stationary bike,swam for 7 months.he balanced his diet,ate healthy food and prayed well.now he's weight is 43kg and he moved schools.he was genuenly happy with his body and takes good care of himself now.good job ben:)

I have a Question What if i Have Exercise 1) Barbell Rotation 5 sets of 5 reps 2) Leverage Bar 3 sets of 10 reps 3) Extended Leverage Bar 3 sets of 5 reps So How to Do that Exercise I mean Which Exercise to repeat after which set or repetitions I'm Confused about this 👇👇 Example- First i have to do Barbell Rotation of 5 reps Now here I'm Confused Now after 5 reps of Barbell Rotation should i do Leverage Bar 10 reps and then Extended Leverage Bar 5 reps AND Then Start 2nd set of Barbell Rotation and Other Exercises OR I should complete Barbell Rotation all 5 sets of 5 reps first AND then I should move on Leverage Bar and Complete its 3 sets of 10 reps AND then i should complete 3 sets of 5 reps. CAN U EXPLAIN ME PLEASE ?? I'm Confused
