Positives: Builder did a decent effort. The exterior facing is very well done, nice color scheme inside and outside and good use of space. Love the dual patio floor design. Good storage space at the front stairwell. Love the niches. However, for 52,000,000 KSH >> Negatives: Kitchen layout though is not functionally designed, the sinks are too large for the bathrooms, there are multiple cracks already in the some of the rooms wall joists. With all the large windows, should install privacy glass. Bedrooms are little smaller than expected. Paint and plaster on the "marble" flooring. To name but a few. Staging: Whomever did the staging, sorry, they need to take design pointers as the style does not match this home; made it look very cheap.

I wish we could see the house without staging. The furnitures are an embarrassment to interior design. Whoever did the floral arrangements needs to be reminded that we don’t place flowers just because we have empty spaces. Watching the house staged this way reminds me of those beautiful girls we always admire till they open their mouths. Please do an empty house tour if you purpose to attract our attention to the development

This is a very very huge but bogus house. The fixtures and furniture are cheap, the rooms are so squeezed. They should fire the guys who did the staging and ask them for not less than 70% of their money back.
