thanks for the review. i had lost instructions but had read them . my would not work. i charged it til i saw 4 lights come on. my items was small, so i started looking on youtube. i didnt know you had to turn upside down so im glad you did that. now im going to charge for another hour and try it again.

@@NaturallyLash can't turn on and can't charging. it's not working. Used only three times. How to fixed it. Same model

I'd recommend handwashing the cup and base.
