Yes! My dentist advised me to do this too. It helped. The first day of new trays is always the hardest but it gets way better. I looove my teeth now, so it was totally worth it.

I had traditional braces for 18 months, and I didn't experience pain, but there was definitely discomfort. 😂 You have something foreign in your mouth that's creating friction/pressure to adjust your teeth's position. You'll get used to it after a few weeks, and i promise you won't regret the decision to change your smile. You have a beautiful smile already too 😊 Enjoy the journey 😬 and Happy New Year 🥂

I got Invisalign and let’s just say (the dentist didn’t do their job) I love how they show you how your teeth would look and etc. I paid money I did not have for nothing and still have these stupid buttons on my teeth. I am trying to figure out how to get them off…. I left the state- they didn’t do what was needed and had the nerve to say I could fly back every six weeks or find someone to take over the case (I have to pay them)….. sooooo 😩😩😩😩

I had invisalign put some Ice in your mouth it helps wit the uncomfortableness from shifting and it's easier to take them out if you go under the back one with your nail from the bottom set and under the back one at the top set. It's worth it. So glad I did it!!! You got this girly!!🥰

Any orthodontic treatment (braces or Invisalign) is going to hurt a little bit. I had braces and every time I got them adjusted it hurt a little. The treatment is loosening your teeth from the bone to change the position, that’s why it hurts. But you are going to be so happy with your results.
