You can water down some PVA glue and sandwich your dried flowers between two layers of plain napkin. Let it dry completely and they will be sealed and look great. Hope that helps. You could also spray those fake flowers with some Tim Holtz spray stains and make them look better.

Honestly I liked it the way it was! I also think wherever you end up it's going to go beautifully with your book in its entirety. I love the way it is now. Also I love it even more knowing how much of your heart and soul you put into it!

I think the page looks very pretty. I would have added some cheesecloth in back of your light yellow flowers. I think.

Love those crayons gorgeous colours like you say nice work well done 😀😍 I use Lyca chalks as love using that medium and they are also lovely in colour and in quality

You didn't follow the rule of three. I would have lightened up the leaves before I messed with the flowers. I also would have ironed the flowers between 2 pieces of wax paper so they would have been thinner and easier to stick on.

lol I don't know what the rule of three is, can you tell me? I'm kind of a fly by the seat of my pants crafter, probably alot of rules I dont follow! I agree with you on the leaves, they are a little dark. I could have used dried flowers, I suppose, to make them thinner but I wanted the dimension of these lovely yellow flowers. The next video of this journal will show you what I did differently on this page thanks for the input Kathy, I find it so interesting to see things from another crafters viewpoint.
