You're explaining the concepts so well. I'm currently in highschool and im fond of psychology and master it what do think should be concentrated if im thinking of get well equipped with psychology even before i start into college?

My recommendations would be to get a sense of the many different areas of psychology so that you already know which classes you'll likely enjoy more, and, depending how comfortable you are with math, try to get a headstart on statistics as this is often an area of difficulty for many psychology students. If you know what areas of research you want to learn about and you're comfortable with at least the basics of statistics, you'll be very well-prepared to make the most of your college program.

For introductory textbooks most cover similar content, though the one I've liked using most in my classes previously has been Psychology by Gilbert, Nock, Schacter, and Wegner. I do also sell my own guidebook to introductory psychology (titled Master Introductory Psychology), which is a lower-cost alternative focused on explaining the key concepts, with fewer images, cartoons, and examples compared to most introductory texts. It's available in a full 16 unit edition (print only), or as a series of shorter ebooks, each covering 4 units. Hope this helps!

I'd recommend having a general guide or textbook that introduces all the major topics so you have an overview, then you can find what interests you and look up some of the research papers that are mentioned as being important and read other books on that area of psychology.
