Here's the video breaking down how the reactor works: • I turn Plastics into F...
I believe with the world wide crisis we are facing now, we require a world wide solution. And this is why I believe we need decentralized devices such as this Reactor. Think about it, even if there is just 1 reactor in every community, that will put a huge dent in plastic waste and pollution.
Due to this, I do not wish to make a singular specialized Reactor, once I master and complete this one, I want to make all different types, of all different scales and sizes.

The use of magnetrons is pretty cool. I think the best thing you could do to help this project along is to send some samples of the liquid, gas, and solid products to a lab for analysis. Probably XRF on the solids and GCMS on the liquid and gas. Knowing exactly which chemicals you're producing will make it much easier to decide the best way to improve the process.

I LOVE the work! With the screws bending, a possible fix "although not sure if possible" make a spinning inner drum thats at a slight angle with stationary screws welded to the side. Not sure if possible but would definitely make it to where ifn a malfunction of sorts did occur it wouldn't be as rough of a blow

Hey, might be a good idea to add a support beam spanning the inner length of the tube. Your blades can be attached to this for support and added rigidity. Have it run untill the opening and add a socket on the door to support the weight on that side :) it will allow you better translation of force and for it to remain uniform down the barrel, also will allow you a larger range of modifications in the future. Hope I explained that well and best of luck:)

you should also use a GFC just incase it pops the bag and cause some possible bruises. you should also put multiple pipes that goes to a single condensing pipe to increase equal distribution, unless if you create a circular device like a cooking pot. you should see if you can create something with the carbon like ski's and go skiing, would make great content.

I have a solution for your PSI problem, Instead of running under vacuum, run it in an inert gas. Argon is what most labs use, but you'd have to buy that, and it's an asphyxiation hazard considering this is some backyard science. you would be vacuuming out the oxygen, and pumping in pure argon, until there's no oxygen left, THEN run the system, and when you're done, recollect as much of the pure argon as you can (since you can't get a strong enough of a vacuum), then just equalize the pressure with air, which will waste some of your argon. I don't know if that's safe or even legal to vent the argon back to atmosphere, so you might wanna check that. I originally thought you where wanting to use the oil as fuel, as if this was a plan for perpetual motion, which doesn't work, but now I realized this is basically carbon capture from plastics. Most of the plastic in the ocean is from glitter paint on boats though AFAIK.
