He had issues that damaged his health from a reaction to a lip injection and he had to have reconstructive surgery and numerous health issues occurred from his immune system attacking the chemical lip filler. Don't assume anything when you haven't got a clue what you are talking about.

Thing is, he didn’t really want to be in the spotlight, the band had the chances to tour and perform on the big stages yet they never did since they didn’t feel like that’s where they belong. Though it is quite sad cause Dead or Alive would’ve deff gotten more recognition if they performed for bigger crowds, not just known for their “one hit wonder”.

i was always amazed by DEAD OR ALIVE when they first came out in the states in the eighties, and always had to have any thing they would put out since i was drawn by their creativity and art., since he has past i am consumed by his music and videos . This song is a real gem the music puts you in a real feel good mood. PETE BURNS was a real artist and performer . thanks for the great music and memories , RIP!!

I loved Pete. He really didn’t give a damn and people should take heed about individuality and uniqueness. Everyone looks the same these days, especially the young girls. He perhaps went too far with surgery-he looked amazing here. He went far too young and got into debt, but he had a good heart, said what he believed in and never changed. Rest in pride Pete 🌈
