Hello again! "M4A" means that it's a male (M) speaker talking to a listener of any (A) gender. Correspondingly, "M4F" means a male speaker talking to a female (F) listener, "M4M" means a male speaker talking to a male listener, and "FM4F" means both a female speaker and a male speaker talking to a female listener.
