To go "postal" on every one of those so-called "innocent" characters (teddy bears), and you're justified to do so because they just act sweet and innocent, but behave like assholes to Naughty Bear, going so far as to attempt and kill him. The fact that you would never see characters like these in a children's TV show, because they are a parody of the overly cute and innocent and bubbly characters like in Care Bears, is the point of this game. There. I "explained the joke" as it were.

The second level starts our with Naughty bear trying to do something Nice for a change when something happens that COMPLETELY ruins it and causes him to go on a rampage. In THIS case, it a mayoral election with the most popular candidate promising to EXECUTE Naughty if he wins! DEFINITELY more extreme than merely being snubbed for a birthday party, but more justified for Naughty. However, its gonna be a bit tougher considering the ninjas.....

And what did you expect? Naughty Bear the porn game? I really hate explaining this, but you missed the entire point of the game. Naughty Bear is "Naughty" BECAUSE he's killing every other bear out of revenge. This game is like Postal 2, but with fluffy teddy bears. The POINT is to go on a mindless rampage, because it is FUN. The game is a violent PARODY of the shows like Care Bears and the like. THAT is what makes it FUN.
