Yeah - lot of pretty colored targeting arrows... It's too bad they don't exactly tell what for each color is but in this case blue is first mention of targets, yellow is second and pink is third.. Once had my 5/5 Orc Army punching my Lich King by the LotR spell that makes an opponents creature deal damage to another and tempts (what was that?) - and did not know which way the damage was going and did not activate the Lich Kings indestructibility.. Perhaps they should like color the word target in the text with the targeting arrows color or something or put numbers on the arrows... Dunno what KenJ was thinking -- maybe something like "messing with the target of a spell ruins the spell" - which is true usually but not in this case. Funny spell that graceful takedown is... It kind of does not do anything more than kill a creature, does not get around indestructible or anything, is sorcery speed... Is NOT spell damage (the creatures deal the damage not the spell), does not work with Imodane ... but would actually work with Fall of Cairn Andros (and I suppose the damage happens simultaneously even as it comes from multiple sources) and with lifelink creatures.. What happens if you have Fall of Cairn Andros in the battlefield and just one of the creatures has deathtouch?.. I suppose all the damage expct one point is "excess damage" then.. :)

Ah Kenji said they'd have to sac the food for the wolf -- so he did get it that the spell had multiple damage sources - but missed the mice. Maybe used to Tandem Takedown.

Not that the mistake hurted that much... The ouphe would likely have attacked if Kenji would have not cast the spell .. so the spell was not completely wasted and it was an adventure anyway. 1:19:34 -- same spell - but different colors.. Blue I suppose is the first that's actually applied not for the first on the card so .. yep - not the most clear - though in this case there's not really a change to be mistaken about which is which as can be with Breaking of the Fellowship.

In match 1 game 2, would it work to use the -4/-0 adventure on the catapult, Chancellor of Tales copies it on the Gingerbrute and you keep Obyra's Attendents even when killing Gingerbrute?

Definitely with the way they make draft formats now, the replacement level on commons has become so much higher that it's really not a tragedy to play a bunch of C grade stuff if it also means you get to play some of the most premium things that got passed to you.

The fight card says "any number of enchanted creatures plus up to one other creature".....the ouph was being targeted.

yeah, I thought they targeted just the ouphe and scavenger and assumed I could -4/0 the ouphe, make them sac the food, then cauldron the scavenger. Didn't realize they ALSO got to target the mouse
