Punjabi Mutton Curry
Ingredients
Marination
• Mutton or beef 1 - 1.5 kg
• Ginger paste 1.5 tsp
• Garlic paste 1.5 tsp
• Yogurt 1 cup
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Oil 2 tbsp
Spice Mix
• Green cardamoms 6
• Black cardamoms 2
• Cloves 5
• Cinnamon sticks 2
Other
• Bay leaves 3
• Oil 1/2 cup
• Potatoes 3 big, cut into very big chunks
• Onion 1 big, sliced
• Garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Ginger paste 1 tbsp
• Tomatoes 2, chopped
• Salt to taste
• Red chili powder 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp
• Coriander powder 2 tsp
• Cumin powder 1.5 tsp
• Water as needed
• Garam masala 3/4 tsp
• Green chilies 3-4
• Fresh coriander chopped
Fudgy Chocolate Brownie Cookies (Flourless Cookies)
Ingredients
• Unsalted butter 70 grams, at room temperature
• Dark chocolate 150 grams (I did not use cooking chocolate)
• Large eggs 2, at room temperature
• Sugar 3/4 cup
• Cocoa powder 1/3 cup
• Salt 1/4 tsp
• Dark or milk chocolate 50 grams, chopped
PLEASE WATCH FULL VIDEO FOR THE TIPS.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 8-9 minutes using upper and lower rods.
