Juicy Turkish Kebabs Recipe
Ingredients
• Chicken mince 2 kg
• Onion 2 big
• Red bell pepper 1
• Green bell pepper 1
• Yellow bell pepper 1
• Fresh coriander 2 handful, chopped
• Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
• Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
• Green chili chopped (optional- as per taste)
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
• Tomato paste 4 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder to taste
• Paprika powder 2 tbsp
• Dried parsley 2 tbsp
• Sumac 2 tbsp (optional)
• Cumin powder 2 tbsp
• Coriander powder 2 tbsp
• Bread Slices 4-5, turned into crumbs

• Boneless chicken 1.5 kg
• Onion 1 big, finely chopped
• Fresh coriander a handful, finely chopped
• Corn 3 tbsp
• Black olives 3 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder to taste

• Onion powder 1 heaped tsp
