I like the way you mentioned your budget management tips. I believe that our grocery lists do vary for each household. People can think that few are spending more money on groceries than they do, and they consider it over expenditure. To me, it's individual household requirements. In Pakistan, the monthly grocery which we were used to get in 25 to 30 k two years back is now coming in 40 to 50 k in which meat and green grocery is not included. میری تو بجٹ پلاننگ ہی فیل ہوگئی لگتی ہے. The value of currency in every country is different. We cannot compare Pakistan, India or other countries. Overall inflation rate is higher now.

chawal doodh or mango bhi mazey ka hota hai. Mango ko mash karke , leftover chawal ho ya fresh boiled rice, doodh or sugar milake hum khatey hai. Bohot mazey ka lagta hai kabhi aap try karna. cook karneki zarurat nahi hoti . Bachey tho shouk se khatey hai.

In Pakistan 30 - 35k fully stocks your kitchen and then after a month and half you need to refresh about half the grocery; so this seems very expensive. I found switching to local brands will cut your bill in half, as well as the outlet you shop from. Quakers, American garden etc definitely drive up the bill
