Get your guys custom fitted ear plugs. More expensive then disposables but reusable and way more comfortable. If they wear plugs every day, they will thank you.

Chop gun fiberglassed boat = the cheapest and most structurally UN-sound way to build a boat compared to hand laid woven fiberglass. And then Nautique charges $100,000, $200,000, $400,000 and $600,000+ for their boats built using chop guns!!!! No thanks, I'll buy a better boat for the same money built with hand laid woven fiberglass and CF.
