Nothing but a day-dream like most of the Jumlas. They are just fooling in the name of "BIG-IT-Companies" there's nothing like that. They're like call-centers. And even in those, local State citizens and IT-Graduates/Masters wont get opportunity in Reputed or Higher Posts.
