While the Wishdoit does resemble a Breitling, I think it's supposed to homage a Zodiac Super Sea Wolf 53 Compression Diver (that name is almost as long as some AliExpress watches). Specifically, it's model ZO9286. The upside down 30 on the bezel matches the orientation on the Zodiac.
