Do I need to attach detailed recipes of every food item in the HFPEs application form? for example- all ingredients,process,time for cooking,etc.(if it’s a only vegetarian food selling from home)

Can you clarify that it is ok under cottage law to make candies such as caramel, but you would need to charge, report, and pay sales tax?
