For now you cannot achieve it with Microsoft Entra External ID. In the future per-app branding should be available. For now this is only available in Azure AD B2C.

Great video, how can customize sign in like I don’t want to expose user account creation to external world. How to define roles and map users to application roles?

To disable SignUp flow you will have to use Microsoft Graph API: learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/oninteractiveauthflowstartexternalusersselfservicesignup?view=graph-rest-1.0 You have to set "isSignUpAllowed" attribute to "false". Is it possible in Entra External to create an account in a tenant and send an invitation email allowing the guest to complete their account setup and set a password, considering that the email address can be any email?
