Hi Sarah, Jim Stephenson is next up, but here and now you have my attention. Try as I might, sleep is mostly a stranger so I will need to work harder at maximizing melatonin to the vitaD receptors because this week I can feel fall/winter approaching here in Canada. UVB would be strongest typically around solar noon outside

No - there are still toxicity issues. I would recommend looking at Jim Stephenson Jr’s work on this for more details ❤️

I am a very, very, very light skinned lady from Celtic/nordic descent. However i live in northern Australia ( 5th generation Australian). I have to cover up because i burn. What can i do please ?

Similar heritage to you. Born in Canada, Living at the equator, almost 2000 metres above sea level. Steps? Follow a solar plan. Cut seed oils Become as carnivore as possible. Morning sun etc etc Not sure why you're asking this question when the answer is literally on so so so many channels on KZbin.

Spend more time in morning sunlight to build up your tolerance to sun - microdose mid day sunlight (start with your legs and spend 30 seconds to one minute outside) - cut the blue light exposure- blue blockers at night. Local seasonal diet with lots of DHA rich foods (not medical advice).

does the tempered glass reduce the effectivness of the light? if your windows in your house reduce the UV light i would imagine 3mm thick glass would as well

no its superior to plexi glass actually because the plexi glass will yellow over time

Yes - I am trying one out that Kris sent me. I will report back on how I like it. I have used a Sperti vitamin d lamp combined with the old model inferno in the past & liked it

I have a parathyroid adenoma and struggling as my kidneys do not produce Vitamin D! I have high levels of PTH and praying my calcium is not being pulled out of my bones. 🦴😢🦴I wonder if Red Light Therapy would be of help❣️💯❣️

I would go into Jim Stephenson Jr’s group to discuss. There are a lot of helpful people there! And not medical advice - but I do think some red light therapy (or even just some sunlight in general) could be beneficial ❤️
