With a colorful background, having been exposed by his driver for a misdemeanor some years back, he came out of 'suspension' of his then party (Congress) to reassume his role as a spokesperson. The scary part is, he is an active practitioner in the highest institution of oversight, the Supreme court. His performance in the Supreme court has been shrouded in shades of grey and deep black. He fought a losing battle for the reinstatement of the 'temporary' article 370 (that had been done away with). He took up contentious issues that bordered on denting the national integrity (for material benefits?) . Such a character continues to find space in the political space and remains a grave threat!
