I have venus and rahu conjunction in d9 first house. Got married at 28 ( not late in my opinion) I believe it's hard to judge by just looking at one house individually without considering aspects and dashas. For example my jupiter in d9 sits in 5th house and aspects first house. Just my opinion!

I have Saturn Retrograde in the 4th house in Saggitarius aspected by Ketu from the 12th house in D1 and, in the D9 Saturn Retrograde is in the 11th House in Taurus at 0°. Saturn Mahadasha started last year January. Currently No job, no money, no savings, no plans working out, my only house on Mortgage and also married with 1 daughter.

Lagna rasi 30 degrees are 9:25 das of 3 degrees 20 minutes each and d9 is prepared. The division us equal to 9 padas and called navamsa. If this navamsa chart lagna rasi is further divided into nine padas equally, it is miracle and one can get the moon nakshatra pada of the person can be seen in that division. It is not dividing the d1 lagna rasi into 81 but it is division of d1 lagna rasi into 9 padas equally and the said padas are further divided inton9 padas equally like d1 rasi that is d1 lagna rasi/9 equal padas/each equal pada to 9 equal subpadas equally it gives the mistiry. Please check .
