Hairfall is a very common problem nowadays . Some small tips :- 1. Regular oiling should be done . You can mix coconut ( virgin ) Oil + Badam Rogan Shirin + 2 to 3 drops of castor oil and apply to scalp . 2. Rinse your hair properly . Maintain hygiene . 3. Avoid using too much of shampoo. Come to natural herbs like Amla Shikakai and Reetha . ( Ratio 1:2:3 ) 4. Remove your tangles from down to up . 5. Eat healthy food . Bring little modifications in your lifestyle. 6. If facing some medical problems and having hairfall due to it , seek your doctor's advice . 7. Lastly , if father's have Alopacia ( hair loss ) book a consultation immediately to save your child's hair.

On a daily basis I use shampoo and my hair is absolutely fine...Problem is some of my hairs have turned into due to the quality of water not for shampoo...It has been 13years I have been using shampoo on a regular basis, have not used oil even a week in this 13years as dr said not to use oil for my skin..My hair is absolutely okay and strong enough...Yes I was having hair fall only during my pox...
