*A big thank you to @Wool_scarf for their comment* If Ashe autos an enemy that has Frost on them, whether or not that auto crits, she will deal the added damage from Frost. Only when Ashe "crits" with her autos, which applies Critical Slow which is a stronger slow, is when she will apply Yun Tal bleed. (When Ashe crits, it actually deals an extra funny +1 damage regardless if they have Frost on them). At this point in time, the funny +1 damage dealt when critting still exists. Try it yourself in practise tool against a target dummy, its funny) edited: fixed wording, was very misleading beforehand. My bad there.

Ashe's passive have two components: first is crits don't deal extra damage, instead double her passive slow Second is that slowed enemies take extra damage from Ashe's basic attacks, scaling with crit chance and crit damage. She doesn't do "extra damage only when she's critting only slowed enemies", she deals it all the time, on every attack past the first hit (including W and R)

It gives the best increase in dps for the cost, especially because ash already have bonus attack speed and is good at focusing one target
